Due to this five story building’s location on a prominent thoroughfare at the edge of downtown Bridgeport, this project has been hailed as a critical component of the western vehicular gateway to the rapidly growing city center. The building’s corner location allows separate, but highly visible, entrances to the two distinct interior uses.

 

The upper four floors contain a mix of supportive housing and market rate apartments accessed from the side street; the street level, accessed from State Street, contains the corporate offices of the Bridgeport Neighborhood Trust, a thriving non-profit service organization and developer of the project.
