Cosgrove Commons, developed by Chrysalis Center Inc., will provide 24 units of supportive housing with extensive common areas for veterans. The front façade, brick, precast detailing and two story porch are designed to fit in well with the historic early 20th century masonry buildings in the adjacent Wethersfield Avenue neighborhood. The green space in the deep real lot extension allows for outdoor recreation opportunities for residents.
