This brand new 4,500 square-foot single family residence construction on 2.75 acres was designed to accompany other early 19th century buildings on the property, and features six bedrooms, three bathrooms,  two powder rooms, a family room, dining room, den, study rooms, a zen room, a pool, tennis court, attached garage with loft apartment.  The project also called for a feasibility study for moving, renovating, and adding onto an 1820s guest house.
