Master Plan

Our firm prepared a comprehensive conditions assessment for this c. 1829 stone church in New Haven, CT. Included were evaluations and recommendations for improvements related to code deficiencies, structural integrity and mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. Also included was a conceptual design study for an adaptive reuse of the attached parish hall into a “companionship housing” model, in which students from the Yale Divinity School would provide mentorship to several disadvantaged residents.
